Our 3 bedrooms consist of different styles and layouts, all of which include an XL bedroom and 2 normal sized rooms.

  • Flats – The flats are popular because of its functional design and layout. The XL bedroom in this unit has its own private bathroom. The 3 bedroom flat also includes an attached garage which is shared between occupants.
  • Townhouses – A more “homestyle” layout as it consists of 2 floors (main and bedroom level). Popular amongst students who like to escape the main level to a quiet bedroom. While garages are not included in these units, there are garages on the property (for an additional $65 ) for those who want them.
